We prioritize safety and the welfare of our horses and riders. Exceeding the weight capacity can compromise the rider's performance as additional weight places undue stress on the muscles. Moreover, an increased weight can escalate the risk of injury in the event of a fall. We impose weight restrictions not as a form of prejudice, but rather as a precautionary measure to safeguard the health of our horses. Unbalanced or excessive weight can have significant detrimental effects on the horse, including rubsores, strained muscles and pinched nerves. Over time, it can even lead to permanent damage such as "sway back" or deteriorated muscle formation. We aim to provide a comfortable and enhoyable experience for all riders, ensuring our horses remain child-safe, bomb-proof and docile. However, excessive stress caused by a heavy rider may agitate, frustrate, fatigue, irritate and even make the horse unpredictable.
Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and strive to accommodate our customers accordingly. If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly request a 24-hour notice to provide you with a full refund or credit. In the event that WE must cancel due to weather conditions or other unexpected situations, you will also receive a full refund or credit.
